ADVANTAGES AND CHARACTERISTICS
- This system consists of small pieces throwing cabinet, rib conveyor , tableware sorting and deslagging machine, garbage processor, food residue conveyor (including residue collection tank), tray washing machine,flight type dishwasher and lifting tray truck.
- The entire production line realizes automatic recovery and cleaning from the restaurant to the dish washing room, which greatly improves the automation level and reduces labor intensity.
- Trays and dishes are automatically sorted and separated in the sorter, and then automatically flow to the tray washer and flight-type dishwasher without manual intervention, saving time, effort and labor.
- Flight conveyor dishwashers and tray washers have modules for main washing, rinsing, and drying. The tableware has a high degree of cleaning and a good drying effect.
- The food residue is automatically separated from the dishes without manual labor, and it flows to the garbage processor and then crushed, dehydrated and automatically output for collection. After the food dregs are crushed, the volume reduction rate can reach 80%.
- After the trays are cleaned and dried, they are automatically stacked on the trayrecycling cart. After they are full, the carts can be replaced more easily without stopping the machine, which is convenient and fast.
- The equipment is equipped with PLC control system, touch screen operation, high degree of intelligence, easy to operate.
