- System components: rotary plate conveyor and pre-treatment tank; the waste disposal and pre-washing work can be completed at the same station.
- Mechanical control panel, equipped with geared motor, PLC intelligent control system and frequency converter, emergency stop safety switch, leakage circuit breaker safety protection switch.
- The system operation panel is equipped with a start/stop switch, a cleaning switch, an emergency stop switch, a speed regulating potentiometer, an indicator light for the collision between the plate and the wall, and a fault indicator light.
- The main body ismade of stainless steel 304, with a neat and elegant appearance, and the part where the end surface touches the water adopts a slope to prevent the accumulation of garbage and facilitate cleaning.
- There are built-in portable residue baskets on the left and right sides of the operating table, and drawer-type residue baskets are built in the main/auxiliary machine head box, which is easy to clean.
- The equipment comes with anti-slip detection and out-of-working area detection functions. Once the tableware exceeds the working area, the motor will automatically stop running, and the tableware will automatically run after returning to its position.
- The bracket is made of 304 stainless steel, the specification is ø6～ø8mm solid light circle, the surface is bright, and the port is rounded and bent, which is easy to clean.
- It adopts a three-dimensional hanging basket bracket structure design, which can make full use of the space and is easy to disassemble. 10 rows of brackets, each row of brackets has 4 layers, bracket size:468*390mm*112mm.
- The material thickness of the table top and supporting legs is 1.5mm, the material thickness of the main/auxiliary machine head box is 2.0mm, and the frame is built with 38*38*1.5 square tubes, which is more durable.
- Wear-resistant strips are installed on the lower flanks of the chain. The wear-resistant strips are made of high-molecular polyethylene with a thickness of 10mm, which greatly reduces the frictional resistance between the chain plate and the track.
- There is a pre-treatment sink in the recycling area, which is convenient for dumping garbage, and it can be cleaned with a tap at the current location, eliminating the need for handling time.
- There is a filter residue basket in the sink to collect the poured garbage for easy cleaning.
- The conveyor chain row device is composed of high-strength steel chains, and has a pre-tensioning device for easy adjustment.
- The rotary transmission system can recycle tableware without limit, providing sufficient time and space for placing and cleaning, and adopts frequency conversion to control the motor.
